Day 2 of Group B action at the Dream11 European Cricket Championship in Malaga was a special and historic day.
One of the Championship favorites, Netherlands, demonstrated their strength with a crushing victory over Austria in match 7, before breaking all kinds of records in their match against Romania.
In a blistering batting display the crowd witnessed an amazing knock of 115(35) from Clayton Floyd, it was the first ever century scored in a Dream 11 ECC. Having been dropped on 2 by Manan, he went on to put on a first wicket partnership worth 142 with Musa Ahmed (63 of 20), they both helped Netherlands post the highest score of the championship so far, 200. 172 of those runs came in boundaries, Floyd hitting 15 sixes and 5 fours during his knock of 115.
Congratulations to the talented young player who also took 3 wicket for 12 runs against Austria in their earlier match.
